Designed the syllabi for this course. This course provided students with an introduction to the use of digital fabrication tools and an overview of their applications in both art and design as it relates to contemporary jewerly discourse of form making. The course also functioned as a gatewayto RISD’s resources & Co-Works state of the art fabrication lab. Through technical demos and class projects, students are trained in the proper use of 2d printing machines. The course explored the theoretical implications of this technology and situates it within the context of contemporary art and jewerly design practices.
